These General Conditions govern access to and use of the site, as well as the sale of our customized products. Any order placed on our site implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Products are sold only within the European Union.

The items offered are authentic sneakers customized according to the customer's request.

Shooes Your Custom is not affiliated with or sponsored by Nike or any other brand. The products offered are authentic models legally purchased and then handcrafted and customized.

Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to the handcrafting process and do not constitute a defect.

Orders are placed via a quote indicating model, size, theme and desired description, or by selecting an existing product in the store.

Production begins after written validation and payment of the order.

We do not hold stock; each product is made to order (unless otherwise specified).

Prices are indicated in euros.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI (sole trader).

Accepted payment methods: via the secure Shopify Payments platform.

We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing error before confirmation.

Maximum shipping time: 30 calendar days after validation and payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipment via logistics companies; a tracking number will be provided.

The risk of loss or damage transfers at the time of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

In case of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the seller will not be liable; however, we will make every effort to find a solution.

Customized products: no right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Returns are only possible in the event of a defect attributable to the Company.

In the event of a defective product: it must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with photos/videos.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless a defect is confirmed.

Non-customized items (if any) may benefit from the legal right of withdrawal.

Cancellation is possible at no cost up to 12 hours after placing the order. After this period, the ordering process will already be underway.

Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and costs proportional to the work already carried out will apply.

Changes after validation may involve an additional cost and a longer lead time.

You warrant that you own all rights (intellectual property, image rights) to the elements provided.

No illegal, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any customization that violates the law or our ethical values.

All content created by Shooes Your Custom (texts, photos, designs) remains our property and is protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Normal wear and tear or improper maintenance are not covered.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount of the order.

We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, etc.) unless required by mandatory law.

We collect:

• Email address (newsletter subscription or order management).
• Email and phone (for shipping).

Data is used solely for order processing and commercial communication if you have given your consent.

Subcontractors: Shopify (site and payment), transport companies.

Retention period: the time necessary to fulfill the order and comply with legal obligations.

You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability (contact: contact@shooesyourcustom.fr). You may also contact the CNIL in the event of a dispute. (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies are used in accordance with our privacy policy.
